Questions
Who counts as a person?
Everyone with a SnagBane account, whatever their role. People who fill in public forms and approvers who answer from the email don’t need an account and never count. Business comes for up to 50, 100, 250, 500 or any number of people, Enterprise for up to 100, 250, 500 or any number. Growing? Switch to a bigger size any time from your account.
What counts as “25 people” on Free?
Active SnagBane accounts. Anonymous people who only fill in a public form don’t count.
Which plan do we need?
Business for single sign-on and every integration. Enterprise when your security team asks for SIEM logs, a retention policy, group-based access and automatic offboarding. Enterprise Plus when you want us to set it up and move your forms for you.
What happens when a licence ends?
Paid features pause; nothing is deleted. Forms, responses and approvals keep working, and everything continues when you renew.
Refunds?
You may ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, as described in the licence agreement.
