Install SnagBane
SnagBane runs on your own server: Docker (recommended), a VPS, or cPanel shared hosting. The download already contains everything — no Composer or Node.js needed.
Update SnagBane
New versions install with one click from inside SnagBane — no reinstall, no files to copy, no data to move. Every update is signed, backed up first and can be undone.
Create a form
Start from a blank form: name it, click the question types you need, paste the options and publish. The link, QR code and Teams tab are ready at once.
Branch with columns
Give each answer its own questions — side by side, so you always see the whole flow. Only the chosen column is shown to the person filling in.
Add approval steps
Route every response through one or more approval stages — the requester’s manager first, then a team, only when it matters.
Send a request as an employee
Employees open the form from a link, a QR code or your portal. When they are signed in, their name, department and manager are filled in for them.
Approve a request (email or phone)
Approvers decide from the email link, from their SnagBane inbox, or — on a paid plan — from a notification on their phone.

Change the approver
Someone is on holiday or doesn’t answer? Administrators and workspace owners hand the waiting approval to someone else.
Offboard people automatically
Enterprise plan: when a leaver request is approved, SnagBane switches off the account in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta or SnagBane and signs the person out everywhere. Accounts are never deleted, and administrator accounts are never changed.
Put your forms in a portal
One page for all your forms, organised in sections — with a search box and “My requests” so people can follow their approvals.
Activate your licence
Buying Business or Enterprise gives you a licence key. Activating it on your installation unlocks what your plan includes: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, every integration, the phone app — and on Enterprise the security package.
