SnagBane can create CRM records from form responses — a lead, contact, account, case or any other record in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) or Salesforce, and contacts in HubSpot. Dynamics 365 and Salesforce are part of the Business plan; HubSpot works on Free.
Dynamics 365 (Dataverse)
- Any table, by its logical name — leads, contacts, accounts, incidents or your own tables.
- Fields mapped freely by logical name, including lookups (
column@odata.bind). - Connects with client credentials, either through SnagBane's own Microsoft 365 app registration or a separate one; the environment needs an application user.
- A link column can store the address of the SnagBane response.
Salesforce
- Any object — Lead, Contact, Account, Case or custom objects — with the createable fields read from Salesforce.
- Connects with an External Client App and the Client Credentials flow on your
my.salesforce.comdomain. - A link field can store the address of the SnagBane response.
HubSpot
Create or update contacts from a form — on every plan.
Send test without creating anything
Both CRM integrations have a read-only Send test that checks the connection, the table or object and your mapped field names — without creating a record.
